    • I use Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors. :) The series one batch of 24 semi-moist pans. I think this is the first piece I painted after switching over from Van Gogh.
      The particular colors I used here are mostly Scarlet and Carmine Red, with some English Red, Yellow Ochre, and Blue Cobalt.

      • They’re pretty great, smooth pigments with vivid color. :)
        I really like my Van Gogh pocket set, too, and would also recommend them. They’re a little more opaque, I think. It depends on how you work as an artist.
